With this plan you learn to lose weight for life. No meal plans that you can’t stick to or eat for the rest of your life. I will assist you through flexible eating to help reduce cravings and ensure you learn to balance your meals. Healthy, not boring, eating is the main goal here. I will work with you on this journey and be available for all questions and concerns.

Weekly Check Ins:

Every Friday we will do a weekly update to track your progress and I will confirm that I received the same and and get changes to you within 24-48 hours. This does not mean you cannot contact me at anytime to ask questions or simply vent. We all get hangry and need someone to talk to.
