Competition Prep Training
20 Weeks Out:
Starting 20 weeks out from your selected show date we will work together getting you ready to grace the stage. No “Bro” dieting. I will assist you through flexible eating to help reduce cravings and ensure you have a well balanced prep. Healthy prep is the main goal here. A prep for life not just for a few seconds on stage. I will work with you on this journey to the stage and be available for all questions and concerns.
Weekly Check Ins:
Every Friday we will do a weekly update to track your progress and I will confirm that I received the same and and get changes to you within 24-48 hours. This does not mean you cannot contact me at anytime to ask questions or simply vent. We all get hangry and need someone to talk to.
Macro education, Suggested food choices, prep tips and tricks, Check-in spreadsheet, supplement suggestions and weight training reccomendations. LAST BUT NOT LEAST… LOVE, SUPPORT AND THEM GAINZ
