As a Bikini Athlete and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I train hard. Fitness is a everyday life style for me and bodybuilding has become a cherished sport.


My Masters in Physician Assistant Studies has opened my eyes to the illnesses related to living a sedentary lifestyle. Diseases such as diabetes and hypertension decrease the quality of life of people around the world. My hope is to bring awareness to how fitness can improve that quality.



Many people have the perception that meal planning and eating healthy is boring. That is not true at all. There are so many ways you can substitute “bad” ingredients for “good” ingredients and still have a tasty meal.


Skin Care

You only get one body and it is important to provide it with the nourishment it needs to look its best. Of course you can’t fight genetics, but you can make sure that you use the best products you can to prevent make it the best skin your in.



My most proudest accomplishment is being a mom and I do all this while serving my country.
